Dual Account on C3 Problem

Does enyone now why C3 moves slowly in backround? i cand use dual account and make one char move after the other one :( why is that ? even with one client open if i let it in backround its moves very slow :( C2 doesnt do that . Plese answear !

dont know it excactly, but i think the Problem could be the CPU-Usage, at me one open C3 needs 99% Cpu Power
