To star off, Once you lauch Soldier Front/Special Forces. Either One is the same Game but they are not at the same Pace, One might have more stuff than the other... Anyways Once your in a Server Click on a Channel, and just Click New room > Select for Training instead of Teambattle or any of the other's. Then just click star, and your Ready to train ^^.
Do note that, Training mode in Soldier Front is not like any other game... Most Games give you an Actual Training Process, Soldier Front Does not.
