1) Bcs its not my money i pay with debit card
2) Yes u can i recommend to every 1 to buy RP on smurf and gift to main so smurf gets banned and ur main wont
3) I would purchase RP for u for free

Intersted in that but to be honest i dont know if it is legit or not and u r not a trusted seller either so this is like a big risk
