Hallo , I moved to Brazil but when I want to buy something it says that my country is netherlands . Is there a way to change the payment country to brazil ?

yep, u write support, and fill out, + provide scanned evidence of place of residence, and that you are citizen :) it's not easy but if you honestly did move n move back should be no problem providing the data.
