[RELEASE]GR Studios - TClientCmd(TSC-XML interface)

Heyho,
I want to share with community this XML file. It's converted TIFF to XML.
TClientCmd has been write in TSC, that's language similar to XML. It's for set position for UI etc.

Now you can see how interface works. It's for better orientation for beginners and who can't work with hex well.

I'll add more patches. The first will be 3.6 :)
