[5165 HELP] How do I move npcs?

My friend said I don't need navicat to make server, so how do I move the npcs?

If you are running an INI based server just look into the NPCSpawns.txt and you will find it there. If it is so that you have not yet converted to INI(as I think you have not) then I suggest you get cracking at it.


Edit: Just noticed that it is 5165 your dealing with, so what your friend meant was probably using AppServ. (You can convert this to INI too, of course, but you probably wont be able to as it is no released guides, and you don't seem to know much about coding)

Actualy .Donavon is using a 5165 ini source so if hes trying to move a NPC he has to find the ID first and go to C:\OldCODB\NPCs.txt search for the ID and change its location

Do I have to use "Microsoft Visual C#" to move the NPC's?

I just made it clear lol you go to C:\OldCOBD\NPCs.txt find the npc you wanna move and change the coridinates
