[HELP] 5165 Problem

Ok, I have filled out config and everything, but then when I run "NewestCOServer", this happens:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

What did I do wrong?

Is that ini folder still in your OldCODB?

In C:/OldCOBD/Config.ini open it and edit it

[MySql]
User=root
Password=root
