Metin 2 error,need fix if someone knows :)

Hello guys i just downloaded Metin 2 on my new pc and cant start it,when i click on the metin2 icon this mesage pops up:

Windows cannot acces the spicified,patch,or file.You may not have the approiriate permissions to acces the item.

My OS is Windows 7,i searched on google but there wasnt anything that could help me on this.

If someone knows how to fix this please explain it here :) Thanks :)

lol? how do you mean administrator i didnt maked any other account when i log in im always on the same one....so im on the administrator.....anyway thanks:)

does it now work ? u have to start in only as administrator

no still doesnt work...

right click on metin2.bin and click run as administrator.

You can´t run a bin without the tool from Mi3ruic3.
