I've seen this video and this dude has other animations..

How did he get another animation?
Can someone make a hack?

And btw how do i change basic emotes (e 1 = /hi and i want it to be /hug)

It's not a hack. You can do it easy with the resourcetool from -PinkiWinki- Swaight has made a video about it,
