Question

I was searching through drwx and found this:

I looked up ingame and the same thing was there. So my question is if i get some of those titles what will it increase ? I don't understand this part : Success Rate increases when you reinforce Cold Prayer Stones. Will the succes rate increase when i refine them or ? And how do i get lvl 4-5-6 stone drops from mobs ? Or i just buy them ?

You guessed it right it'll increase success rate when you apply them on items. Juding from the ini file your chance of success might be increased by 3% or multiplied by x3 but it may work completely different than how I think it does or rates may be different on server side. Also I don't think it means that you need to drop x30 lv1,2,3,4,5,6 but rather drop x30 of them in general be it lv1 or lv6(which I don't know how you'd drop or even if there is something that drops it).

Oh, i thought it will increase the chance of refining them to lvl 6. Btw ty :)

I may be wrong it may mean what you thought it means.
