I have a question.
Lets say Almighty, currently adds 21% to all stats, i want almighty to add 21% all stats & 20% sword damage (Example)
How to add the 20% sword damage?
Please specify where exactly as in what bin and what rows.

No bin, no rows. Its done by editting or hooking the server.

It's in skil.bin and skillevel.bin, but to make it work, you have to edit MapUS.exe - which is hard work and i've seen only verry few serverw, like 3 till now, that could manage to edit those.
