Low fps when using nsd

Hello EveryOne Im player of cabal ph.. my problem is when im using nds my fps getting low.. i cant pass the ufi .. can someone give me edited efx file for low graphics? to get my fps high .. thank you and more power!

remove you skill efx folder in cabal -> no skill effects -> higher fps
