Question about PSC

Hey. I never used PSC before. ( I did once and it got blocked because I used it from Estonian IP , and Estonia doesn't have PSC services at all)

so I have a question. I have PSC cards from Portugal.
Do I need to use it while having Portugal IP ? or can it be any other country IP that has PSC services like Germany etc.

Doesn't matter. You can use it. But don't use it on 2-3 different IP's.

I don't think it's true, you can ONLY activate the PaySafeCards in your region, you'll get an area code error if you try to activiate it outside of the required area.
