Recover my founded acc back.

Hey EPVP,

I have a account which is lost, now a another person have it. And my old first email where the acc is founded got for years blocked. Now i got it unblocked but all my email in my inbox is gone.

I have all information needed to get it back.

What do you think after 1,5 year loss is the chance to get it back?

Every post which is helpfull will have a thanks pressed by me.

and why u trade your account? there are a lot of fucking peoples on the world, they scam accounts.

If you know all information about account, write to darkorbit support, they should send you 11 questions about your account and you have to answer on them (in my country its like this).

The same thing happen to me a time ago. Darkorbit support did nothing. They want you to bring some papers from the police station. That's just ridicolous.

Send an e-mail to support,

In the message send them any prove you have that the account was yours , any bank account statement that has your bigpoint billings, your old e-mails of the account , old passwords , old nick names.

Then they should be available to change your account back if it's still possible.

yeah snowy i have also account name changes. my account was made in 2008. so if they need more names i can give them.

Aangezien je nl bent kan ik het beter zo uitlegge: Je moet bij support aanvraag doen daar staan vragen op die je moet beantwoorde zoals username en waar het acc is gemaakt etc. Dan staat er van onder : Ik heb dit acc nooit verkocht of verkocht en als het politie onderzoek iets anders verklaart accepteer ik de gevolgen ofzoiets.

Mijn account heeft de nederlandse vlag gelukkig. ik heb net zojuist gelukkig positief antwoord gekregen van support gekregen dat ze er gaan werken dat ik mijn account terug krijg als ik een kopie opstuurde naar hun ook heb ik het referentie nummer gestuurd naar support.

What i did tonight,

Support asked me to do a police report, i did it. I have send a reference code to DO support. And they will work on it to give my account back.

And i hope for the best HAHA ^^

It's the same for all countries in darkorbit. Just send the 1st ticket from darkorbit page, put the account ID and so on. After that reply to their 11 questions and also send them your copy of ID card. Goodluck bro :D
