I found it by a mistake lol...

First !
Find a SOX item. ( A REAL ONE, NOT ACCOUNT BOUND)
If you destroy a 5D item it gives you an elixir for 6D items !

100% +1 or +2. depends on how the elixir looks. if it's like a sos then is +2, if it's not like sos then it's +1. but remember that you can ONLY USE 1 ELIXIR like that per item

In a better way said => If u have a wep/or other item +9 and u try the most advanced elixir(that gives +2 at 100%) it goes to +11 in an instant :D but if u use an advanced elixir on an item, the same item cant be used with another advanced. So if u go from +0 to +2 its just a waste of the elixirs and so on.
