[HELP] MySQL and source

Guys, I need little help on How to save "byte" in my sql..
I mean i.e. int CPs in source,
then CPs Int10 null 0 in MySQL, string Name
then Varchar32 in MySQL
then how about byte? in MySQL? thanks...

tinyint, smallint is for short/ushort
