Bone Essences?

Sorry for making new thread, annoying i know... But i just need to know if they Will sell bone Essences or do i have to be over lvl 16 and shoot to get them? Because i want doombearer so bad , have a Nice day :)

u dont need to spend money wen 2nd part of event stars they have to put similar ships for low level players
