1. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\et c and delete the stuff you added into the host file, thats anything under the last # u see
2. Disable your Microsoft Loop Back by going to your Control Panel/ Network Connections, Then Right Click on the connection you created, it should say microsoft loopback in the discription, and click disable
3. Change your set.ini to:
[USA]
LoginServerIP=L2authd.Lineage2.com
LoginServerPort=2106
ProtocolVersion=553
ServerList=[1]Bartz;[2]Sieghardt;[3]Kain;[4]Lionna;[5]Erica;[6]Gustin;[7]Devianne;[8]Hindemith;[9]Teon;
4. Be sure you have version 10.4.8 you can get it at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
5. Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and scroll down till u see the small green arrow and the numbers 10.4.8 in the text next to it. Downalod that file.
6. Extract the .dll and move it into your walker directory
7. Restart your computer
8. Enjoy walker, please give my any feedback
Note: For those of you getting disconnected as soon as you log in try this
As soon as you log in hit your restart button and select a character, after that you should stay connected.

Picked this up from another site, but it may be the reason why we are being continuously disconnected.
It appears that you need support for Asian characters installed in your WindowsXP.
Please keep this topic clean and only post after you have installed support for Asian characters
support for Asian characters installed and don't have any problems with being disconnected by walker. I have been running two Walkers for about 12 hours without any problems.
I tried it on another system that doesn't have Asian and get disconnected randomly from 2-15 minutes.
Why this could be it: crack was written by Chinese, maybe it requires support for Chinese letters.
Steps:
1. Find Windows CD
2. Go to Control Panel / Regional and Language options
3. Pick Languages Tab and choose Install files for East Asian languages
4. Restart
5. Under advanced I have Chinese (Taiwan) as my primary language. Not sure if this step is required.
Give it a shot and report back if you are still receiving disconnects. I'm planning to give this a shot as soon as I get him myself

Ok after reading all the threads finally downloaded the crack and installed it on my L2walker folder/directory. First time I used it I kept disconnecting every 10 sec (more or less). Then one of my friends told me he read that once u get in right when u see Enter char[1]. Press Restart again. So far no disconnect. So you guys try this and post your results.
Clarification:
1) Once u have downloaded the crack. Just put the ws2_32.dll on the L2Walker 10.4.8 folder/directory.
Note: Not sure why when I read the threads peeps are putting it on the system32 dir...you Do NOT need to do this. At least for me.
2) Once you are logged into Walker right when you see:
