I believe type NEW+account name or My+account name and put password then enter....its INI source, no need to reg via website..

There has to be a way to make a website. How do I do it? Can I use any basic 5017 registration page?

Yes, you can. I didn't know it was run on INI, but you can either make it mysql again, or make a webserver within the source.
