@dddslayer just check out xtremetop100 and pick one. most servers websites have a playercounter (I think except for rising? but then again they got a lot of players and they were the pioneers of a9 servers.)

The best thing you can do is look at what each server has to offer. Private Servers have custom content and are different from each other. find the one that best suits your type of gameplay.

lol you're wrong dekaron rising is the most active server atm with new boss function and no bug.

Rising Dekaron holds to most numerous online players.
There are also advantages and disadvantages.
* Advantages
- Very active of DK-square & colo party pvp system
- The high value of dills(Active of item trade)
- Easy and simple leveling with farmming
- Coin event(some Deka coin items useable for free)
* Disadvantages
- Unbalanced classes pvp(need be nurf to "segu")
- Increase of necessary goods(Argates) supply = Decrease value of argates = Decrease of any items price = Decrease of item upgrading & selling motivation = Decrease of item trader count => Fail economic in game. As result, Survive donators only.
It's my opnion only. I played it 1years over.
However, I got bore about it. So, I playing 1~2hours per day. If i got 100mil~200mil dills, then, i offine.
