45 LF4 (Pref levelled)
Full Bo2 and Speed
36+ Pilot Points
Goliath, Vengeance, Aegis and Citadel.
Surgeon or Pusat and some skill designs.
Proper ammo (So like 200/300k+ minimum of X2 X3 and X4)
A few EMP's and a some RSB.
