Game = 5816
Auth = 9958
MySql = 3306
Postgres = 5432
Apache = 80
Those are your typical ports, of course they can be customised when installing your services, just take any of them, find your router and follow the guide.
Actually I would consider this the correct section, port forwarding is required for making a private server public behind a router.
The only forum it could possibly fit in other than this, is the guide section, and I think this section is more suited to the topic.

ok i forwarded my ip and put my global ip into the CoEmu Source i tryed to connect to 127.0.0.1 doesn't work i tryed my ip 192.168.2.11 and that dont work either can someone help me please

CoEmu may be setup to only accept connections from the External IP.
Which is pretty stupid when you can set your primary socket to listen for connections on all IP Addresses at the same time.
