Keypress programs won't work on Conquer

Has anyone noticed the latest patch on Conquer that when u use auto keypress programs it won't work?

Recently I have made my own autopot and it works on other programs such as notepad for testing but when i used it on Conquer it never presses any Fkeys since i set it them after notepad testing. I wonder if this has something to do with my OS which is Windows 7 but I have a hard feeling that TQ's conquer client can now detect auto keypress and it blocks away

Game companies these days scan your computer's processes and active memory. TQ Digital Entertainment is most likely scanning your program and detecting that function in use or signals to activate the keyboard coming from it.

Nah, it's because CO uses DirectInput for keyboard input.

Doesn't matter. I had success in the past using keyb_event ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]), it works perfectly fine. When you use this function you have to run it with admin rights in order to work with CO.

Yeah, you can still use keybd_event, but you can't use it in the usual way by sending virtual-key codes (VK_TAB, VK_CONTROL, etc). You have to use hardware scan codes instead.

I thought that was always the case. o.o The fact that it apparently worked without it is funny, to say the least.

It's been a long day without you, my friend
And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
We've come a long way from where we began
Oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
When I see you again

Well guys, i'm using a bot written in AutoIt and i found out that when i use this and other keypress programs on my Win xp desktop it works fine with CO but it doesn't work on my win 7 Acer netbook..
Could it be Framework or other Microsoft components that should be installed?

... Not reading the replies?

TL-DR the client blocks them. Try an alternate method to send keys and if that doesn't work for you then it means they've blocked that method as well.

cause #reasons

Either the program you're using works or it doesn't. If it doesn't then use a different program or different method to target the conquer process.

Windows XP is too old to be in any way relevant to any discussion.

But as I said, when i use these programs on my win xp with co it works fine but when i use it on win 7 it doesn't work on conquer but it works on other programs such as notepad and now i'm suspecting it has something to deal with my components and not in the key press programs

And it never occured to you that windows XP may be having the program default to a different method cause it's so old?

Just a theory but it's an ancient OS so half the functionality the program may be trying to use may have to use a legacy mode instead.

Or it's just UAC being UAC.

True, I would assume he'd already done all the basic easy fixes and tests first though.
