win 7 programme öffnen sich nicht

Hallo
ich habe ein Problem mit meinen Pc bin gerade ihn Urlaub habe mir auf mein pc datein heruntergeladen möchte die auch öffen als admin oder einfach so es passiert aba nur das es lädt aba es öffnet sich nix dabei... kann ich so oft versuchen wie ich möchte es passiert aba nix skype etc kann ich alles öffnen

datein beispiel: Black ops 2 gsc studio öffnet sich nicht,tools öffnen sich nicht..


hatt da wer eine lösung für ?


win 7 wird benutzt 64 bit

hab eine Meldung bekommen fehler code 740 suche um lösung des problem´s
