Quick question - what would you pay for a fresh 12k RP account

I think I may have come across a method to get RP on fresh accounts for 12K.

Was just wondering how much people would be willing to pay so I know if it's worth it (takes some investment to get them going)

These are safe (not carded , no risk of ban).

12k about 60 euro i would say (like an other rp shop where u can buy phonecharges it's like 59€)

but i think u have to give an advise, that it is legal
