The latest complete files? No-one has them.

Even more up to date servers with Hero III and Trinity aren't the complete files but with the stuff shoehorned in with a lot of bugs.

I don't really think a good server needs these files. There's enough content in previous versions that hasn't really been used to its full potential yet with some devs able to change and create new content to make interesting servers. Plus balancing the newer stuff is a bit of a clusterf**k and YNK will take you down as a priority.
