That's not possible. You can either sell your paypal money in the elite*gold Trading forum or you can buy Paysafecards (etc.) from various online shops and buy elite*gold via our system if you don't want to trade with users directly. The last option is more expensive.

You can sell like 1€ PayPal for about 80-90 EG. So you would get premium for 500 EG.
