please I need answer of warrior's skill

hi guys

every one know that skill witch we get when we get warrior in rb
"reflect"

I asked some one he told me " when u be 2nd rb with Warrior in the 1st rb u will get the reflect skill "
I'm Nenja to Warrior
I understanded that's mean "I can get the reflect only if I'm 2nd rb "
but when I was doing in 2nd Quest I found an Warrior with reflect .
I didn't believe that so I attked him my attk went back on me

please some one tells me " WHO CAN I GET reflect SKILL "

Warr-warr can get reflect as a 1st rb. For those who xxx-warr-xxx have to w8 tell 2nd rb to get reflect.

But another big question is, is the reflect skill automatically learned?

Warrior to Warrior?

I am water-warrior-trojan, but I did not see any reflect skill in my skill list.
