Windows 10 pro oem

Ich hab mir bei Kinguin für ~20€ ein Windows 10 pro oem Key gekauft, aber ich konnte ihn dann nicht aktivieren, nicht ganz normal und auch nicht im Upgrade von Windows 10 zu Windows 10 pro.
Auf dem Aufkleber steht noch "This is not a COA".

Ich kenne mich damit überhaupt nicht aus und bedanke mich für jede Antwort :handsdown:

Waren die oem keys nicht Hardware gebunden?
Wenn ja kann es daran liegen, dass der key nicht funktioniert.
