VSRO Fusing Failed

I restored the orginal database
I restored the game files
did everything!
Tried VSRO Clean Client!
But still I can't dismantle an item... no errors on gameserver help please.

if the elements in _RefObjectCommon are turned off they can not dismantle because they do not exist according to the database and will not show up or cause errors
