Is it just me or Gems are harder to get now?

ive mined in a place and found gems there... than the patch came that ruined CTRL+T and ever since that i didnt get 1 single gem in there mining for at least 25 hours... luck? i dunno it never happend b4 ive been mining in that spot for ages... maybe u can only get gems on first floor today? tell me if this has happend to you please kthxbb

We are pretty sure it is random, so you probably just had bad luck. I mined today and got a gem, so I am happy.

same! i mined for 2 days in raw, no lvling and hunting still nothing only dumb copper ore, no gems since the patch for ctrl+t

It used to teleport you to TC and disconnect you, now it's just a convenient way to quickly disconnect, they patched it and now you can't teleport. Regarding getting gems... well, they changed the drop rates a long time ago, it's quite possible that they also changed gem rate...

What server are you on that you can mine all night and not get rev-PKed every 5 seconds by some asshole pleveled, reborn waters that can't fight a level 70 trojan without their guard?

For me, I get gems on all floors. What I do when I mine is I switch a spot everytime I find a gem. after 4 gems on same floor, I switch to different floor and repeat. Keeps scenery changing. Just find a pattern or something and follow it. Helps to keep you not so bored...
