just wonering if enny1 tryed out this server?

would have bin great if some1 could give me some info if its a safe server =P

okey.. i tryed out if it was a safe server my self since no1 else did
so it it appeared that it is a safe server..
but enny wey,now i got another problem
dowloaded every thing and got evrery thing(ncsoft client lucher and all that) to play the server but now im getting this message:
cannot creat file c\windows\exe.bat aion no access"
enny1 know what to do?
