That is actually a tough question to be asked here. However, i might be able to help you out with simple solutions to these questions and possibly the best answers you may get on that topic (in my opinion) :

1º What means suicide for you?

Nothing. It is a cheap way to avoid problems and dutys you have in your life and to other people. You will leave your family, your friends and your beloved people alone just for the reason that you choose the "easiest" way to solve your problems, but it doesnt solve them. It has nothing to do with strength or might if you decide to take your life, it is rather the worst way to occure problems and the worst choice a person can make just because he wont uses the oportunity to talk to others and solve his problems. Instead, youre leading and giving your problems to other people, making the life of others harder because they think that they may be the fault for your suicidal thinking and death, but thats just the worst way to step out of life : by taking your life which has been given to you.

2º Have you ever thought about killing yourself?

No. There is no reason why you should consider killing yourself or taking your life, no problem in the world is so big that you might consider this solution. Life is precious, dont waste it. No problem is too hard to be solved easy.

What doesnt kill you makes you stronger !

3º Has anyone close to you committed suicide?

Actually (in my position), there was one female person who considered going this way, but i persuaded her to change her mind and think about what she was about to do.

It took her 6-8 weeks to clear her mind from the dark and painful thoughts of ending her life, but she made it and is happy at all that she had someone helping her getting out of this void of sadness and remaining in this world. Today, she is working in a good job, has alot of money each month and is actually HAPPY. And thats the reason why it is never a choice to choose suicide.

Life is short, enjoy it, dont waste it. There is always a way out :)

You have no idea what it's like to be depressed, so just shut up, youre not in the position to talk about this. With some mental illnesses, you either feel nothing or just suffer 24/7 - its like standing in a burning house, the fire gets too big, you just have to jump. And then theres fuckers like you who come at you like "hey :) life is easy :))) just enjoy it :)) i cant be that hard :-) and if you do it youre an irresponsible asshole :) bye". And then you think you are the perfect person with the best solution possible. It is the responsibility of the mentally healthy to create a liveworthy life for the ill, it isnt the responsibility of the mentally ill to endure their suffering.

1º What means suicide for you?

It's a way out. Out of your pain, your shitty life, out of everything that makes you suffer every day. If you are depressed, if you only know pain, never experienced real joy there is only one thing left in your head "Maybe tomorrow wont suck as much, maybe it'll get better". Some day even this question seems to fade away and nothing is left. So what do you do? You dont see a light on the end of the dark path your life has been. There is only one thing left to do, kill yourself. It would be the end of all your misery. It would be freedom. Finally you would be free. No need to worry about all the pain. No need to worry about what will happen tomorrow. No need to worry about the feeling that you're just a worthless piece of junk. That no one wants you. No one needs you. Who would care if you die? No one. Why would they? You never had much happiness in your life. You never had people in your life that helped you.

Short answer: Suicide for me means pure freedom.

2º Have you ever thought about killing yourself?

Sure. As i said in the first part, it would mean freedom.

3º Has anyone close to you committed suicide?

Yes. And i'm happy for them. Happy that they're finally free. Happy that they don't have to suffer anymore. Sure maybe i could have helped them, but in the end all that's important is that it was their decision and i respect that.

To be honest : i actually KNOW how it is because (as i stated) i helped the person in the past who HAD this problem. My posting was not to make others who HAVE DEPRESSIONS look bad, it was just my opinion on the topic "how do you THINK about suicide" .

God bless the people who actually have an illness and suffer from depressions, but he askes about how I THINK about suicide, not about how people who have depressions or any illness think about that. Get your facts right pls.

So dont flame because you cant read the questions hes asking, he asks literally : What do YOU think about it. And for me it is one kind of easier way to get away from problems, not including having ILLNESS, DEPRESSION or any other circumstance in this case.

No need to get toxic and flame me just for my opinion. And i can repeat it again : he just ASKED for the suicide case, not for persons who have REAL ILLNESS. And therefore, thats another case you have to consider in a differnt way.

It is just my opinion, dont hate. Respect that, as i do yours.

If your friend was able to fix her issues/thoughts of killing herself within 6-8 weeks she never had the kind of problems that you would call "serious". It takes years to get over these thoughts if they're in any way a serious problem.
And no - you have no idea how it is. Even if you helped someone you still have no idea how it is. If you would have any idea how it is, you would never say it is "an easy way to get away from problems".
It's not easy to commit suicide. Its not like you wake up and say "hey let's kill myself". It's a process that takes months, if not years, to evolve into a serious thought that you would actually consider to do. And even then it takes a lot of strength to do it. But it is in no way "easy".

Then again, why would you commit suicide if not for these kind of problems? No one ever commited suicide just for the lolz. Most of them do it because they suffer serious depressions or have any kind of problem that, in their mind, is so impossible to beat that this is the only solution. It makes 0 sense to say "suicide is a easy way to get away from problems" and in the same sentence state that it excludes depression or "any other circumstance".

Just to make it clear : i thought it was obvious that problems wont disappear in 6-8 years, obviously she had the problems for longer but i could help her IN THIS TIME.

But to make it clear again (because you all are getting of the track) : The OP askes for your opinion, "What do YOU think about suicide?". Just think about that and think about the topic, you all stated that i didnt think about people who are in real danger or having real issues.

The only thing ive got to say to that is that for me SUICIDE is NO OPTION and wont ever be because life is precious.

There is no need to harass or exaggerate, it is the MY opinion for ME. And im not considering that people who have real illness or anything like that (and again, god may bless them) think like that too.

Btw, no one of us know how it really is, because well : were still here. We didnt do that. So dont try to exaggerate with the same argument over and over again, that doesnt make any sense later on.

Just understand the following : For ME, suicide is not an option. Period.

What you wrote is is, and i quote, "it took her 6-8 weeks to clear her mind from the dark and painful thoughts of ending her life". If someone is able to clear his/her mind in such an short period of time i doubt that the thoughts where ever something real or something that would actually lead to suicide.

Saying "suicide isnt an option for me" is all fine and i wont say anything against it. But saying "suicide is an easy way out of your problems" is just wrong. There is no reason to discuss this either, there is no "my opinion" in it, it just wrong. Nothing about commiting suicide, or even honestly thinking about it, is easy.

Wrong again. I know exactly what i'm talking about and "how it really is".
