[HELP]Pets died when hatched

Hello everyone i need all your help here please give me some cooperation...
I really need you all guides....I just want to ask i add new pet in my server...I can buy the pets..but when i buy it then hatched it its hatched as dead eudemon..Can u all help me give me soe guides regarding this problems...

please dun spam..we have search how to fix this problem in all page in Elite EOpserver..but there is nothing..we still find on how to fix this prob..if u can help please share with us..thx
