Problem with server files.

Hello Guys,
When i made server on windows 7, it work successfully all. When now i make a server on windows 8.1 dont work. I havve all complete installed and configurated. When i logg into game i have message A network connection.... when i press ok after 1 second i have that message. Some can help me?

Do you have the ports to share in the firewall?

If it would be a problem with ports it would load a time before the message appers . But he get it instantly so the client is connecting to the login service but the login service blocks him.

There 3 reasons why this can happen but you have to find them out yourself mati ;)

I have firewall turned off. Still dont work.
