In-Game freezes in every game for 0.5 to 2 seconds

Hey,
ive got a new computer some months ago and im really happy with it. There is only one problem. I get In-Game freezes for about a half to 2 seconds which is a big problem in competetive games which i play where the half second can cost me the win.

I played for months now and tought it could be the RAM and bought 2 additional RAM sticks. At the moment i have 16GB in 4 sticks. (3x1333MHz and 1x1600MHz) As i have 2 different types i tried to limit the frequency to 1333MHz in the BIOS settings but nothing changed.

I asked Dr. Google, but didnt find any solution for my problem. It seems like the freeze is different from game to game. In Counter-Strike:GO it freezes and while the freeze the Game Sound is re-looping at the part where it freezes. For example if a granade is popping up and it freezes in this time, i hear a part of the sound about 4 times within the freeze. But in League of Legends the sound is going on while it freezes.

Also i assume it happens when something new is written in the RAM. Mostly when i walk into Tower range in LoL and the tower starts attacking me it happens about 50%.
I dont know how to explain it exactly since my english is not very good. Is there anything i can provide you which makes the troubleshooting easier?
My Computer specs are:
CPU: Intel I7 4770K @ 3.50Ghz
RAM: 16GB Ram (2 different types)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 770
MB: Asus Z87

Edit: What i forgot to say is, the games are working perfectly fine on the Framerate ive setted. Just the Freezes are happening really randomly :/

Edit 2: Here a Video, where you can see the freeze as descripted (when i walk into tower range) at about 00:07.
