Best way to get Reaper title with hack?

i wanna get this title in void and then i will stop hacking dung...

Best - MMPE: Spawning the mobs and onehit them -> Profit

Nearly as good as MMPE (in Dung even Better) - Moon Loader: Abillity to modify every title so that it has the effect of every title you want. (Even combined like Reaper, Dancing Flame Weapon, Oath of ruin combined) But it does not work in pvp.

Well, there is nothing else than the free hack to speed the runs up atm.

you need to buy them both from their respective creators, though IIRC moonloader is no longer available at the moment or you just need to contact the creator yourself.
