i think it was during the time when the shop hack worked. a hint for that: 100% Pen Stat on his mental master o.o but not enough evidence if it's the official or pserver

i think he hacked these items with idchanger or effect changer becasue come on he has rare items with FP stats why would he risk his acc for such a fp combi set ? unless he is a stupid one LOL

There is a way to get this set.
In some tournaments, the rewards are "Set of your choice (PREM)
There you can say "Whole Master Set" and you get the whole master set with prem stats
