You are not able to edit these.
You need a .scn / .seq decrypt/encrypter to use this and such stuff like this doesnt exist for s4 league (public)

You can take a look at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] . I'm not sure but it should help you if you know c++, modeling and 3ds max... Just work hard, i'd like to hear good news :D
