BAN/UNBAN

Hey, i have one acc baned... i like to unban them but i dont know how or if have any possibility to unban him...
I like to know if have some way to unban the acc.

My 7 Years Old Acc got banned also one week ago
I had all stones on 17, full vodo on lvl 1
30 m mixed pearl ammo & 20 m mixed pvp/money ammo
& a few designs which was only avaible 1 time on each server
reason was i had 2 different emails on my shipp in a short time
even when both mails belong to me :(
support is really a piece of shit & that game also
i am pretty sad and angry at once idk what to do really i have try everything
i will probably drive to bigpoint, to get unbann via support is impossible

i had change my mail bcs i have not use my old one anymore
so they have see it as i have sell my shipp :rolleyes:

you can demand that. only for changing emails is not agains seafight terms and condition or rules regulation.

bigpoint dont give a fuck about us players anymore
i have send them 10 bills of my bank and my bank card with which i pay since 7 years and they answer with " you are not able that you are the owner of this account " i wanted continue write but they have close subject and when i have ask how can i proof that its my account they have close the subject againd and have write " read your last mail, we are sorry but we cant help you anymore ".
i regret evry minute i have spend in this game, i dont care about the money rly
they treat the players like shit, thank god that i am out, now i have understand what kind of people they are
u all still have much fun in that "awesome" game :D

Just keep crying to support, i know 1 person who also have gotten banned for selling account(He made youtube video and posted it on seafight forum,lol)
Hes ban went from permanent to 3 months, this is some years ago... i didnt think they still punished for account selling. :p

You need to ask support, tell them why you want your ban removed and maybe you get lucky and they open your account.

However, if you are banned for cheating(bot and/or bug use) they will most likely not open it.

i have also 3 full accouts baned if somebody can help me and 1 ship was baned whit no reeson and support don`t want to give back
