Well, that doesn't depend on the Patch. It's the source or rather how the source is coded. If you want a stable source, I can recommend you Redux. There are probably a lot more stable sources. Check out the Popular Public Sources thread and read through it. You may have noticed that Redux is based on patch 5065 but you can easily upgrade it to 5095 and tada! a very stable 5095 source.

My recommendation is always COPS. It's a fantastic source to use as reference or to use. It's a bit daunting for new users though which leads a lot of people to redux which is... a lot of work to make worth using.
