you can only change the flag when I first entered the section payments?

I had first 1 flag, then buy from another country and change this country, now I bought from another country, but the flag stayed as the second country.

that's correct mate,if you had a flag which gives discount and you bought from another country which doesnt,then you flag automatically changes to the 2nd country's falg,however it goes one way,i tried to change a normal boat into a venezuelan one,didnt work,it's bp's new system!

U can change it anytime. To change payment flag u have to send to support ID card with so they can check where are u live
