I am currently using the Ubuntu14.04LTS distro of Linux and I want t run mabinogi on it. Now I know there is a guide to do this already the problem is the guide doesn't conform with the way mabinogi is launched. Since nexon has switched their game to launch from the NexonLauncher instead of the browser I am not sure how the previous guides will work for it. If anybody can provide me with a clear answer before I try anything I would appreciate it very much.

There's a direct launch post oon mabimods explaining this, afaik marck posted a batch script for this
Also, you'll get better result using kvm with pci passthru, a buddy of mine is using this at the very moment.

You can still launch Mabinogi from the website. Also there is a direct launch shortcut in the Mabinogi folder that's on your hard drive. You don't have to have the Nexon Launcher. Get your act together man! :awesome:
