Question about programming

first of all this is not about silkroad so am sorry about that but alot of developers here may help ( mods can remove the topic once its answered )

i have website programmed via php , all i want is making software to control it , like smc using to edit/control silkroad db , i want the same but for my website adding products / users etc i just want the best way to do it , should i make c# program and connect it with my website? or there is better ways ?

Register page would be better for adding users.
Admin panel page would help you adding products.

you don't need c# or whatever. just php.

The best way would be creating your own CMS in PHP or using existing one (from leaked, released website) to manage (edit, delete) all the resources of the website, I mean users, announcements etc.

I can't pronounce the name of the forum but is one of the top gaming forums as this one and there is someone who released something similar of what are you're requesting and I used to use it on my old projects and work pretty fine.
