Need for speed world: beta + offline server = ?

So I have a big question. I have tried many times to get World beta to work with the offline server but i keep getting stuck at the loading screen no matter what I do, So my question is. Is their any way that it can be made to work? I want the World beta because i miss the old interface of it.

I believe that would be a no as the Server Editor was not built to work with the beta version of the game.
Going by what I have read as others have tried and failed as well.

Well someone should make a version of the Offline Server for the open beta so we could drive dat BMW M3 GTR :D

Where can I find NFSW beta files, I want to mess around with some files and try to get freeroam cops to start pursuits.

If is possible to change game server ip - It's possible

That would be pretty cool, if someone has the beta files, they should upload them and share back to those who have the knowledge to mess with them.

Thanks, I personally wouldnt know how to even try to make it work.
Perhaps someone who could use it to get the free roam cops active in the latest version may.
