[Help]Center camera position and add mousewheel weapon change on patch 9 client

Hello EPvP. Me and some friends play that old s4 client and I would like to know if there is a way to do or hack the client to make the camera position to be on center of the screen and to add the mousewheel function to change weapon

i don't think you can do that in any way coz its bugged af. :x
