I want to a tutorial for helping me to design this two photos.

There's no need for bumping your topic (unless it's on page 2 or 3).

On the one hand you need to ask more specific questions. On the other hand you can ask the creator of the first banner - because I saw it here on elitepvpers.

Also you shouldn't always aks for tutorials for a complete image because in the most cases (90%) there is no tutorial.
What do you want to recreate in both images?
