I am not sure what you had in mind in this question so I will shot you are asking about Legion War HP totem and Shield there... since nothing more come to my mind about HP :/
anyway here is answer for this:
In DB go to cq_dynanpc
search for IDs:
21150
and
21151
One is Totem, and second is Shield
in field: life and maxlife you can edit HP ;)
