Ranked Restriction Suddenly Gone

Hey there, I recently got Ranked Restricted for 25 games. I played like 5 games the other week and just logged back in to see they're gone.
Has the season ended or did Rito suddenly start reviewing their punishments? If so, why didn't I get notified by eMail about the punishment lift?

With the current Patch 5.18, all punishments have been deleted. Go and improve yourself.

It's a complete wipe.

They have a new "punishment system", all current restrictions have been lifted.

Whats the new system then?

It's also possible that they banned you on mistake you should check your E-Mails since it happened to me once.
