You might be looking for a VPS (Virtual Private Server), not a VPN (Virtual Private Network)... You can find a cheap VPS on OVH's resellers.

gogle cheap vps :) u can find for 5 eur good vps, but u need at least 2 gb ram if you ask me.

I use their vps :) others users of Epvp using TeamLazy's vps.
I can only say you my experience with vps but if you want can ask with others players :)
